Does your BBQ have what it takes to bring home the bacon!? Put it to the test at this year's Backyard BBQ Competition. Teams will compete for the coveted Backyard BBQ trophy in the 4th Annual People's Choice Chislic Competition on Friday and in the 9th Annual People's Choice Pulled Pork Competition on Saturday.  Taste while supplies last!

 

Showmanship will also be awarded to the team with the most original theme and show to their cook site and sample station. One team will be awarded per People's Choice Competition.

 

A judged competition will also return this year. Teams can choose to turn in their finished product to a panel of judges who will conduct a blind taste test to see who will be named Champion in the Chislic and Pulled Pork divisions.
